The Foot Chase (2026) | Behind the scenes video!
With my last short film The Suicide Shift (2026) being released online at Halloween, I am now in the process of completing the edit on a new low-budget film called, The Foot Chase (2026).
It’s a very different film and we had a great time filming it on one of the hottest days of the year in June 2026. Here are the production details and a behind the scenes video I made.

Pitch
A fast-paced foot chase ensues between two men through the Wimbledon area, ending with a suspenseful confrontation.
Synopsis
Friedkin tracks Jason through Wimbledon after he has used a cash machine. When Jason spots Friedkin while crossing a railway bridge, he bolts. A foot chase ensues across the industrial, park and wasteland parts of the area, culminating in a tense confrontation.
Production
The Foot Chase (2026) is a short film involving action, pursuit and a twist at the end. Inspired by the chase sequences of William Friedkin’s films such as The French Connection (1971) and To Live and Die in LA (1985) it is intended to be an both exciting and fun film to watch.
It was filmed on a low budget on location in Wimbledon with a small, but dedicated cast and crew. It was filmed on the iPhone 16 and DJI Osmo Pocket 4 cameras, respectively.
